Give the next surface a good dusting and fold that in half as well. Do this 2 or 3 times until you have several layers.

Once you have your layers of dough, use a sharp knife and cut the opposite direction of the folded end. This should give you a very long noodle. Be sure to cut as thin as you can.

Toss the noodles in some flour to keep them from sticking. From here you can place them into boiling water for 5-7 minutes to cook your noodles.
